At Real Property Management Express, we understand that life happens, and we want our residents to be covered when it does. That's why we have a policy that all residents must have a minimum of $100,000 worth of liability insurance coverage while renting with us. Liability insurance covers repairs to the property.

As a Resident, you will be automatically enrolled in the Property Damage Liability Waiver Program upon signing your lease unless you opt out. This ensures you meet the $100,000 property liability coverage requirement in your lease.

Introducing Foxen

We are excited to announce that we are making things even easier with our new partnership with Foxen. Foxen is a trusted insurance company that focuses on providing property liability coverage to renters. This collaboration streamlines the process of meeting the $100,000 property liability insurance requirement specified in our lease agreement.

Our partnership with Foxen allows us to enhance the insurance experience for our residents. Foxen will make sure you have the coverage you need, and if you have existing coverage, they make it easy with their online portal.

Uploading Your Proof of Insurance to Foxen

Already have coverage? Great! Foxen helps residents with renters insurance too. Submitting proof of renters insurance coverage is easy. Foxen will even send helpful, automatic reminders when it's time to submit proof of renters insurance renewal coverage.

Foxen Can't Find My Email

If you've attempted to upload proof of insurance, but Foxen is having a hard time finding you, no worries. Just click the "Locate" button again, and you'll be routed to the Upload Page.

Forgot to Upload Your Renters Insurance?

No problem. If your renters insurance expired, Foxen will automatically enroll you in liability insurance to help you maintain coverage required by your lease. If you still have renters insurance, you can still receive a refund for the liability insurance payment if you submit proof of coverage within 7 days of your old proof of coverage's expiration.
