You should be able to plan for expenses with no fine print. 

Rent - Due the 1st of each month. A full month's rent payment is due prior to move in for every lease. If your lease is beginning mid-month prorated amount for the partial month of occupancy will be charged on the 1st day of the 2nd month of occupancy.

Security Deposit - These funds are paid to defray the cost of any and all damages to the property and final move-out cleaning costs, thus restoring the condition that the unit was in prior to residency. Security deposit amounts may vary by property but can amount to up to 1 month's rent. You can find the security deposit amount on each listing on our website at expressrpm.com/rentals.

Documentation Preparation Fee  - One-time non-refundable setup fee upon signing the lease, similar to an activation fee when signing up for a cell phone. This fee applies to all leases. Pricing may vary depending on the state. 

Pet Fee - (If pets are allowed) - Non-refundable fee of $480.00 per pet. Pet rent of $45/pet per month. Some properties may vary in the amount of pet rent charged.

Resident Benefits Package - A monthly fee starting at 1.5% of the monthly rent. - Includes excellent resident perks such as 24/7 emergency maintenance dispatch, furnace filter changes, and resident events (at participating locations).

Leap Rent Guaranty - If your credit score does not meet our criteria for standard approval, we may still be able to approve your application with the help of Leap! You can visit www.leapeasy.com/faqs/ to learn more about this option! This may not apply to some properties.

Liability Insurance - Our leases require liability to landlord insurance. If you have your own renter's insurance, we require a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage, and Real Property Management Express must be added as an additional interest. If you do not provide proof of your own insurance, Real Property Management Express will add coverage at $14.00 per month through our provider. This fee may not apply to some properties.
