How Do I Apply?

Applying for your next rental is straightforward. Here's a quick guide to get you started:

1. Find Your Ideal Listing: Visit our website and navigate to the listing page of the rental property you're interested in.
2. Start the Application: Click on the "Apply" button associated with the listing.
3. Submit Documentation & Fee: Complete the application by providing all required documentation (such as IDs) and pay the background check fee to process your application.
4. Include Additional Applicants: If there are other applicants over the age of 18, you'll receive a link at the end of your application. Share this link with them to ensure they can apply as well. If they already applied, just reach out to us and we can group your applications together too!
